Yes, this is an escorted tour. The tour leader will meet all the tour participants at the fisrt hotel on the day of arrival at the first destination (usually Rome)  and will be with them for the entire duration of the trip.

The travel fee includes:

• Tour leader for the entire duration of the trip
• Group transfers by minibus as per the program and private driver
• Local guides as per the program
• All entrances, tours and activities, overnight stays and meals as per the program

• Porterage, tips and extras of a personal nature
• Travel insurance for trip cancellation/delay/interruption, baggage and personal effects, emergency medical evacuation, accident and sickness medical expenses

Payment can be made by credit card (AMEX not accepted, bank charges at your expense)

Deposit required upon confirmation of booking:

• 40% of the total amount, Not Refundable

NOTE If the tour is not confirmed because the number of 12 participants is not reached, the amounts paid (deposit) will be refunded.

What is the cancellation policy?

It is not mandatory, but purchasing travel insurance before departure, in your country, is strongly recommended. Unforeseen circumstances can arise before or during your trip, such as the need to cancel your trip at the last minute, health problems or the loss or theft of property during your trip.

This must be verified at the time of cancellation and depends on any penalty applied at that specific time. If the cancellation falls under full penalty, the person traveling will use the room for single use, otherwise it will be necessary to reformulate the participation fee.

NOTE: Any request for a change of accommodation during the journey (e.g. from DBL to DUS and vice versa, including any upgrade) after checking availability with the supplier, will be subject to a supplement up to the client. Any changes in the number of participants, nights and services will lead to a revision of prices.

At the moment, due to practical and logistical reasons, we are unable to accept animals on board our tours, even if they are small unless something changes.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel on the arrival day is not included. If you would like to book a private transfer, you can contact our booking office for a quote.

A group transfer is included on the day of departure, from the last hotel to Rome Fiumicino airport or to Rome city center.

Our travel proposals are designed to introduce our customers to all the most interesting aspects of the country visited.

Every day there are visits planned, many of which are on foot, and although there are no particulardifficulties, unless specifically reported, the pace is often tight and this may not be ideal for those whotend to tire easily or have mobility difficulties.

If there is also the need for walking aids, accessibility to services is not always guaranteed, and in fact this can prevent you from fully experiencing the travel proposal.

All travelers are welcome but, in these cases in particular, if the desire to travel is still very strong, it is necessary to be aware that a good part of the itinerary could be missed and that there is an absolute need for the presence of a dedicated companion.

Those who have needs of this type must absolutely communicate it at the time of booking so that the report can be forwarded to restaurateurs, hoteliers and the guide. However, it is primarily up to the traveler to personally ensure each time that there are no impediments or potentially harmful situations that could compromise the enjoyment of the trip, and therefore follow appropriate behaviors in order to prevent such situations.
